Internationality at KAMK

KAMK is a proactive, genuinely international university with a strong regional and national profile, located on our own compact campus area in the beautiful natural surrouding of Kajaani. KAMK's international co-operation aims to make more effective use of English-taught degrees, double degree programs, student and staff exchanges and RDI co-operation, as well as offering fee-based courses and international education projects. The KAMK’30 strategic objectives include the following: to be an attractive, safe and healthy higher education community, to provide results-oriented and efficient education that fulfills the needs of the region, and to be a nationally and globally attractive partner within selected fields of excellence.

Partner Institutions and Exchange Programmes

KAMK has partner universities and other partners in nearly fifty countries. Each KAMK School has its own cooperation partners. KAMK participates in various exchange programmes that fund the exchange of students, teachers and other staff  abroad.
