Meeting document are useful from the viewpoint of recording of decisions and information dissemination. Meeting documents should be used in all meetings.

The following are models of such documents in Word format. You can modify them freely as necessary.

Invitation incl. agenda (.doc)

A common practice is to set out the agenda already in the invitation to the meeting.

The agenda is prepared for a meeting when the actual invitation to the meeting does not include the matters to be dealt with.
