Joint application for the English-taught degrees 7 – 20 January 2021

The first application period for studies starting in autumn 2021 is open between 7 and 20 January 2021. At Kajaani University of Applied Sciences (KAMK), the following five English-taught degrees are open for applications: 

• Bachelor´s Degree in International Business
• Bachelor´s Degree in Sports and Leisure Management
• Bachelor's Degree in Tourism
• Bachelor's Degree in Esports Business
• Master´s Degree in International Business Management

All the Bachelor’s degrees offered by KAMK emphasize international activities and project learning from the perspective of the special features of each field. The Bachelor’s Degree in Sports and Leisure Management provides strong international expertise in the field of sports business and coaching. The Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism delves into the development of the international tourism business and hospitality management. In the Bachelor’s Degree in International Business, studies focus on international business, management, leadership and marketing. The focus of the Bachelor’s Degree in Esports Business is international business from the perspective of esports. The graduates of the esports degree can work, for example, on various e-sports-related projects and events, as a coach or as a marketing professional.

The Master’s Degree in International Business Management focuses on topics such as leadership and management, megatrends and business conceptualization. The focus of the studies is on developing future-proof management competences. The Master’s studies are part-time and offered mostly online. 

Currently there are more than 100 international students from 40 different countries studying at KAMK. Studying in an English-taught degree provides you the skills and competences to work in today’s global environment and supports the developments of the cultural skills needed in working life. 

The tuition fee for non-EU/EEA citizens in all five English-taught degrees at KAMK is 6 000 euros per academic year. There are scholarships available for the fee-paying students starting from the first study year. Further information on the tuition fees.

The application takes place in Studyinfo.fi. The entrance exams for the bachelor’s degrees will be arranged online at the beginning of February (applicants living abroad) and on campus (applicants living in Finland) in April. Selections for the Master’s degree are based on a motivation letter and interview.
