The application round for studies starting in autumn 2023 is open between 4 and 18 January 2023. At Kajaani University of Applied Sciences (KAMK), the following four English-taught bachelor´s degrees and three Master´s degrees are open for applications: 

• Bachelor´s Degree in International Business
• Bachelor´s Degree in Sports and Leisure Management
• Bachelor's Degree in Tourism
• Bachelor's Degree in Esports Business
• Master´s Degree in International Business Management
• Master´s Degree in Game Business Management (business)
• Master´s Degree in Game Business Management (engineering)

All the Bachelor’s degrees offered by KAMK emphasize international activities and project learning from the perspective of the special features of each field. The Bachelor’s Degree in Sports and Leisure Management provides strong international expertise in the field of sports business and coaching. The Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism delves into the development of the international tourism business and hospitality management. In the Bachelor’s Degree in International Business, studies focus on international business, management, leadership and marketing. The focus of the Bachelor’s Degree in Esports Business is international business from the perspective of esports. The graduates of the esports degree can work, for example, on various e-sports-related projects and events, as a coach or as a marketing professional.

The Master´s Degree in International Business Management focuses on strategic management, global economic phenomena and the use of new technologies in business. The new Master´s Degree in Game Business Management (business and engineering), which will start this year, will focus on management, research and development methods, international game business and game development project management and leadership.

Currently there are more than 300 international students from 50 different countries studying at KAMK. Studying in an English-taught degree provides you the skills and competences to work in today’s global environment and supports the developments of the cultural skills needed in working life. 

The tuition fee for non-EU/EEA citizens in bachelor´s degrees at KAMK is 6 000 euros and in Master´s degrees 10 000 euros per academic year. There are scholarships available for the fee-paying students starting from the first study year. Further information on the tuition fees.

The application takes place in Studyinfo.fi. The entrance exams for the bachelor’s degrees will be arranged online at the beginning of February. "The most successful applicants of the first phase written exam per study field are going to be invited to the second phase group interview. In order to be invited to the second phase group interview, you must pass all the exam sections included to your study programme and reach the field-specific cut-off score. Further information.
