Applicants with IB, EB or RP Diploma or Finnish matriculation examination may either be selected from selection method 1 or selection method 2. Those applying with upper secondary vocational certificates, further and specialist qualification certificates and non-Finnish certificates may only be selected from selection method 1.
Points awarded for school performance
Points awarded for school performance are based on the matriculation examination certificate. The grades on the Finnish matriculation examination certificate will be obtained for the applicant register directly from the Matriculation Examination Board. Applicants who are applying on the basis of their Finnish matriculation examination certificate are awarded points for the following grades from their matriculation examination certificate:
1) Mother tongue,
2) Best language (foreign languages and the second national language)
3) Mathematics or best of general subject tests
Applicants who have completed a European Baccalaureate (EB), an International Baccalaureate (IB) or a Reifeprüfung (RP) Diploma will convert their diploma grades according to the conversion tables on studyinfo.fi pages.
Bachelor's Degree in Sports and Leisure Management
For this degree programme student selection will be made entirely on the basis of the examination result. The maximum score in the entrance examination is 70 points, while the minimum acceptable score is 30 points.
Bachelor's Degree in Tourism
