The first university application period this spring will take place during 9.-24.1.2018, involving English-taught degree programmes and the University of the Arts. Applications are made via the following portal at: www.studyinfo.fi
For the first time, Kajaani University of Applied Sciences is offering a total of five degrees taught in English:
• Bachelor´s Degree in International Business
• Bachelor´s Degree in Sports and Leisure Management
• Bachelor's Degree in Tourism
• Bachelor's Degree in eSports Business
• Master´s Degree in International Business Management
Approximately 100 study places are available in the English-taught degrees offered by Kajaani University of Applied Sciences. This type of offering is unique in Finland. The Bachelor’s degree in Sports and Leisure Management, which is delivered in English, offers supplementary studies in activity tourism and business. The Bachelor’s degree in Tourism provides in depth expertise of the tourism industry through adventure and experiential activities or wellness tourism studies. The International business degree focuses on international marketing and digital environments. This year, KAMK is also offering a brand-new degree in business related to electronic sports (eSports), the eSports Business degree.
This autumn a new English-taught Master’s degree will also begin, the Master´s Degree in International Business Management. The content of this degree emphasises topics such as strategic management, global economic trends, and using new technologies in business.
Those who accomplish this higher university of applied sciences degree will possess the skills and knowledge needed in demanding specialist and management positions in a rapidly changing global environment.
Studying in an English-taught degree offers students an international atmosphere and a unique opportunity to develop the international competencies required in working life.
